Solution

Using Hycrete360 eliminated the need for waterproofing membranes saving approximately $150,000 per parking structure in upfront material costs.

The below-grade walls are exposed to soil high in chlorides,and the exposed parking deck will receive periodic de-icing using road salts. The developer of the project has a 40-year lease of the structure and required a long-term solution that would minimize maintenance requirements.
