To meet the parking requirements, the lowest parking level and building slabs had to be constructed below the existing water table necessitating a solution capable of withstanding high hydrostatic pressure.
Solution
Hycrete’s System W provided a superior solution in terms of cost effectiveness and accelerated construction schedule. Using Hycrete eliminated the need for waterproofing membranes and saved GLY a significant amount of time and money.
