Jason Tuerack, PresidentJason Tuerack is co-owner and V.P. of Broadview Technologies Inc, a leading innovator of anhydride epoxy technology, non-hal flame retardants and anti-corrosion agents. He has been involved in the chemical industry since 1992. Jason has presented papers for and has been involved in a wide variety of trade organizations, and has served as Conference Chairman for the Epoxy Resin Formulators Division of the Society of Plastics Industry. He is currently the Secretary Treasurer for the Thermoset Resin Formulators Association (TRFA) which is focused on promoting all types of thermoset resins in areas of high tech plastics. Jason received his B.A. from the University of Rochester and received his MBA from Baruch College. |

Philip Rhodes, Director/Executive VPFrom 1999 to the present, Philip S. Rhodes has served as the president and co-owner of Broadview Technologies Inc. Broadview, in association with Polynt, has been a leading innovator of anhydride epoxy technology, non-hal flame retardants and anti-corrosion agents. Prior to forming Broadview, Phil was the Director of Marketing and Sales for Lonza’s Polymer and Additive group where he headed a $70MM/year business unit. Prior to Lonza, Phil was the Vice President of Anhydrides & Chemicals Inc. and was instrumental in negotiating the sale of the Anhydrides product line to Lonza in 1995. Phil earned a BS in Chemical Engineering at Columbia University and did graduate work in polymer chemistry at NYU where he was a research associate in the School of Applied Science. Simultaneously, Phil earned his MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Phil has served on the Board of the Society of Plastics Industries >’ Epoxy and Urethane Division. He has authored over a dozen technical papers and has been awarded multiple patents for anhydride, anti-corrosion, biodegradable polymer and fire retardant advances. He is also involved in community service and currently serves on his town’s environmental commission. |

Randall Cooley, Western & International Sales ManagerRandall joined Hycrete in 2005 after an 18 year career with Cal–Portland (a wholly owned subsidiary of Taiheiyo Corporation, Tokyo, Japan). Randall is an internationally recognized expert on integral permeability reducing admixtures for use in concrete and cement-based products. He has lectured globally on the attributes of this class of products and their proper application in the construction environment. As a pioneer in the use of hydrophobic concrete technology in North America, Randall has been a key influencer in the ubiquitous paradigm shift and adoption of hydrophobic concrete protection systems for concrete structures. He currently is responsible for Hycrete’s rapidly growing international business unit as well as business in western North America. His undergraduate business training was attained with the study of Business Administration and Economics (1985) Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington and post graduate studies at the University of Washington Foster School of Business- Executive Management Program (2001) in Seattle, WA. He currently lives in the Pacific Northwest. |

Fazal Wahab, Director of R&D and EngineeringFazal leads Hycrete’s R&D and Engineering team. Fazal has worked at Hycrete since 2006, helping to lead Technical Services and Engineering and contributing to sales support for the proper implementation of the Hycrete technologies. Prior to Hycrete, Fazal spent six years as Technical Services Manager at Sika International in Pakistan. While at Sika, Fazal led technical support for all concrete-related products, with a focus on infrastructure repairs with CFRP. Fazal earned a degree in Civil Engineering from National University of Sciences and Technology in Pakistan. |
